In our workshop, Ô£¿Switches Get GlitchesÔ£¿, we take an off-the-shelf smart switch, designed to control a wall outlet­ƒöî and monitors its energyÔÜí, and re-flash it with open-source┬áfirmware.­ƒÆ» We will guide you through disassembly, establishing a connection, flashing firmware, testing, and reassembly. You will also gain basic understanding of electronic hardware, logic-level communication, and python­ƒÉì scripting.
