Andrew “Andy” Seely has 30 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering Information Technology solutions, spanning systems administration, software development, cybersecurity, engineering, architecture, entrepreneurship, education, professional development, and leadership in commercial, academic, government, and military settings in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He is currently full-time Computer Science faculty at Hillsborough Community College, adjunct faculty at the University of Maryland Global Campus, and he runs a small business for cybersecurity policy and business development consulting.
