Scott Arnold joined the senior leadership team of Tampa General Hospital in 2010 and currently serves as
Executive Vice President – Chief Digital and Innovation Officer. Prior to joining Tampa General, Scott served as a Vice President for Mercy Health in Saint Louis, Missouri and held leadership positions with Daleen Technologies, Boeing and McDonnell Douglas Aerospace. Scott serves on the Board of Directors multiple subcompanies for Florida Health Sciences Center, Inc., a former board member for the Tampa Bay Health Information Exchange and a current board member for the Tampa Bay Humane Society.
Scott earned a master’s degree from Washington University’s School of Engineering, master’s degree from
Webster University’s School of Business and Technology, bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University’s College of Applied Science, accredited by the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) as a Certified Healthcare CIO (CHCIO), Certified Digital Health Executive (CDH-E) and awarded project management professional certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. He is also an instrument rated pilot licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration.
