Ceona James, MHA is a Patient Access Manager at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, an Optum Company, where she oversees Change Management and Reporting & Analytics initiatives. Beginning her career as an Administrative Fellow and later serving as a Project Manager, she has built a strong foundation in healthcare operations, strategic initiatives, and process improvement. Today, she leads efforts focused on operational excellence, reporting strategy, provider data governance, and patient access optimization. Ceona holds a Master of Health Administration and is passionate about using collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision making to improve healthcare delivery.
