Mission
Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) – The University of South Florida (USF) Student Chapter aims to provide students of all majors access to hospitality professional and networking opportunities. The HFTP USF Student Chapter will increase student engagement with the USF School of Hospitality and Tourism Management Program, the HFTP National Organization, its subsidiary groups (e.g., HFTP South Florida Chapter), and events. Our goal is to make information more accessible to our Chapter members and prospective members regarding the local activity. We aim to produce projects that local businesses can benefit from.

• The HFTP USF Student Chapter creates an environment of student engagement and learning that serves as a platform for professional development for all students at USF.
• Members will have access to contemporary industry publications and reports through free membership to the HFTP.
• Students will have the opportunity to interact with veterans of the industry through speaking engagements.
• Students may also be invited to South Florida HFTP Chapter meetings and engagements.
• Students will engage with guest speakers & facilitate career talks and Q & A
• Students will hold monthly meetings and activities for the active chapter
