Cambridge is closer than you think. And yes, most of it is funded by GNSI.
GNSI is now accepting applications (from University of South Florida students only) for the International Security and Intelligence Programme (ISI) 2026, which is part of the Cambridge Security Initiative and hosted at Emmanuel College, Cambridge.
The answer to the question students usually ask first:
Yes, GNSI will support selected students with round-trip UK airfare, lodging, local travel, and select meals, making this a mostly funded study-abroad opportunity.
If you’ve ever thought, “Cambridge sounds amazing, but it’s probably too expensive,” this program is designed to change that.
From July 5 – August 1, 2026, selected students will study at ISI 2026 in Cambridge, England, engaging with leading scholars and practitioners in international security and intelligence.
