FEMM is dedicated to empowering female students within the College of Engineering at USF by fostering a supportive community that encourages mentorship, skill-sharing, and academic success. Through a network of upperclassmen mentors, we aim to guide and inspire underclassmen, with the goal of increasing the number of graduating female engineers.
