Timothy is a USF Graduate and has 24 years of AEC consulting engineering experience. He uses the latest versions of Revit, Autocad and IESVE to engineer and model mechanical and plumbing systems for healthcare, commercial, institutional and governmental facilities. He integrates with and manages teams to coordinate building systems to ensure compatibility with the design intent, while maintaining compliance with applicable building codes and requirements of regulatory agencies. He has developed sustainable design measures such as energy recovery and variable refrigerant flow technology into the building design to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient facilities that meet the project goals and provide a comfortable environment for building occupants.
