Are you interested in real estate, strategy, or working on real-world challenges that make a difference in your community?
The USF SOREP Real Estate Case Competition is now open to both undergraduate and graduate students across all majors. This is your chance to sharpen your analytical skills, collaborate in teams, and compete for a total of $6,000 in cash prizes:
First place: $3,000
Second place: $2,000
Third place: $1,000
This year’s case is built around four real commercial properties located in the Tampa Bay region. Your team will have the opportunity to propose solutions that could directly influence real estate decisions in the area.
You do not need a team to apply. Individual applicants will be matched with others based on availability and interests. Once registered, teams will have approximately one month to research, develop, and submit their case solution.
In addition, all participants will be eligible to apply for an annual scholarship offered by the Society of Real Estate Professionals.
