Student Organization Travel Fund

The College of Education Graduate Student Council will submit an application for the 2025–2026 Student Organization Travel Fund, sponsored by the USF Student Government. This competitive funding opportunity is intended to support student organizations in sponsoring conference travel that aligns with their academic and professional mission.

Through this application, the COE GSC seeks funding to support up to 10 graduate students with up to $500.00 to attend the 2026 AERA Conference in Los Angeles. In compliance with Student Government funding guidelines, this travel support is strictly limited to students who are NOT presenting at the conference.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled USF students and not presenting at the 2026 AERA Annual Meeting. They should be able to attend the full conference if selected.

Important: Awards will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon the Student Government’s approval of the COE GSC funding application and the availability of funds.
