Stampede of Service: Bay Chapel Food Pantry

The Bay Chapel Food Pantry is open every Saturday from 8:30 am - 11:30 AM. This community partner is located at 19911 Bruce B Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33647 (in front of Tampa Bay Presbyterian Church). First time volunteers should arrive by 8am and no later than 8:15. It allows them to give you an overview and find a position that’s a good fit for you. For groups of four or less, plan to arrive no later than 8:00 AM.

Please wear close toed shoes, comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in, bring water and sunscreen if you’re prone to sunburn.

This community partner has a fast paced, drive-through set up and typically serve somewhere between 575-630 families starting at 9:00 am. They have a hard stop at 11:30 AM. If you’re driving, let the parking team know you’re a volunteer so they can steer you in the right direction.

Please park by the fence. You’ll see a white van and yellow truck already there in the area we prefer our volunteers to park.
