Do you have a lived experience with mental illness or a substance use disorder? We want to offer you the spotlight to share your story via essay, song, poem, comedy act, dance, and other forms of creative expression. Acts must be 5 minutes or less. Come and share your brave audition for This Is My Brave - College Edition at USF.
This Is My Brave brings stories of mental illness and addiction out of the shadows and into the spotlight. The mission of This Is My Brave is to empower individuals to put their names and faces on their personal stories of recovery from mental illness and addiction to inspire others to speak openly about their experiences as well.
This Is My Brave College Edition at USF will be on stage this Spring on Friday, April 5, 2024, and we invite all USF students to audition with their own creative pieces about their experiences.
