About Us
The overarching purpose of the Building Learning, Optimism, Outreach, and Mindfulness Organization is to promote climate education across all three USF campuses and academic disciplines. The Building Learning, Optimism, Outreach, and Mindfulness Organization aims to provide members with tools to combat climate change, practice sustainability, engage with the environment in a healthy manner, and educate others on climate and sustainability. Climate change is an extremely dangerous threat to ourselves, our planet’s coinhabitants, and the planet itself. As individuals continue to seek to solve climate change, the Building Learning, Optimism, Outreach, and Mindfulness Organization offers the education, resources, and the support to help do so.
